Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Premier League (DPL) T20 cricket has been postponed.
Dhangadhi Cricket Academy said in a press release on Sunday that the fourth edition of the tournament has been postponed.The fourth edition of the competition was scheduled to be held from 8 to 22 October. According to the organizers, the competition has been postponed due to the outbreak of corona virus.
The organizers have said that the new date of the competition will be fixed soon. We had already announced to organize this from October 24 to November 7. However, due to the risk of a global corona epidemic and the governments decision not to open sports activities immediately, it has become impossible to hold the tournament on that scheduled date. We would like to announce the new date of the competition as soon as possible,;said a statement signed by Academy President Subash Shahi.
