Prohibition order in Kailali is loose from today, what can be done or not?

 

Dhangadhi: The ban imposed on Kailali has been relaxed from today. Chief District Officer Yagya Raj Bohara issued the order and relaxed the injunction.

Earlier, all the services except the essential ones were suspended from midnight to midnight on August 19. The injunction has been continued with effect from today to August 16.As per the order given by Chief District Officer Bohara, public and private vehicles will be allowed to operate in the district according to the enforced system by fulfilling the prescribed criteria by December 13.

Public transport will be allowed to carry only 50 percent of the passengers. City rickshaws and autos will be allowed to operate with a maximum of two passengers. Businesses including food items, fuel, cooking gas, vegetables, fruits, dairy, clothing shops will be able to operate to meet the health standards.Services and venues including educational institutions, training centers, cinema halls, party palaces, fun parks, stadiums, futsal, sports venues, salons, beauty parlors, swimming pools, gyms, fitness centers, spas and salons will not be available.

Hotels and restaurants have to do home delivery. Business will be available from 5 am to 7 pm.There will be no trade or business other than fruits and vegetables that can be operated on carts or bicycles. All religious and cultural activities except daily worship are also prohibited. Government and public offices will be able to run the office alternately with the minimum number of staff present and following the health safety standards. Other employees have also been ordered to make arrangements to perform their duties from home.

Crowded offices such as the District Administration Office, Land Revenue Office, Survey Office and Transport Office will not be allowed to operate services other than daily administrative work. Banks and financial institutions will be able to operate from 11 am to 2 pm without any congestion due to social distance. Industries will be allowed to operate in compliance with safety standards and health standards.
